Anderson da Silva was born on April 14, 1975. It is a mixed martial arts practitioner who has competed in the middleweight Ultimate Fighting Championship.

Beginnings
Anderson Silva was born on May 14, 1975, one of four children born to his parents.
The son of a poverty-stricken family spent most of his childhood with his aunt and uncle, a police officer from Curitiba (Brazil).
Silva began training Brazilian jiu-jitsu with the neighborhood kids who could afford to pay tuition. Silva said in an interview that "when I started training Jiu-Jitsu was really an elite sport in Brazil, and there was some bias towards the poorest children, so I had to learn many things on my own ... Some of my neighbors started doing jiu-jitsu, so I started to see them, and then began practicing with them. It was organized, but it was better than nothing.
