The former wife and children fight over the inheritance of Robin Williams

These days it became known that Susan Schneider's wife, Robin Williams, reported in the Superior Court of San Francisco that some personal items of the late actor were taken without her permission and asked the court to exclude the contents of the house shared with Wlliams from jewelry, souvenirs and other items that Williams said her children should have.

A spokesman for the children of William, Zac, Zelda and Cody said in a statement:
"The children of Robin just want to be alone to grieve. The fact that they are forced to these legal proceedings does nothing but add pain right now. "

"The suggestion that they or their relatives have taken some of that home is both despicable as lie," the spokesman added. "The fact is that they have been excluded from the house of his father."
In court papers obtained by NBC News, Zac lawyers, Zelda and Cody say: The children of William have broken hearts by the fact that the wife of three years acted against the wishes of her late husband to challenge the plans he had so carefully done to their heritage "
