Originally from Memphis (Tennessee), Ginnifer's daughter Linda, who works for Federal Express, and Tim Goodwin, who owned a recording studio. His parents are divorced, and has a younger sister, Melissa.
Ginnifer soon find a home in Hollywood. He dazzled in the role of the first wife of Johnny Cash in the Oscar-nominated biopic "Walk the Line" with Joaquin Phoenix and Reese Witherspoon.
