Hayden began her professional modeling career at the age of 11 months. He began shooting several commercials, including one from Playskool. Later landed a role as Sarah Roberts on the ABC soap opera, One Life to Live (One Life to Live) between 1994 and 1997, and later starred as the child Lizzie Spaulding on the soap opera on CBS's Guiding Light (Guiding Light) between 1997 and 2001 when it still had only 8 years old. On Guiding Light, the character suffers from leukemia.
Her performance received a Special Recognition Award from the Society of leukemia and lymphoma, to help educate the general public of the importance of their existence and spread disease.
Hayden is the older sister of Jansen Panettiere. He was dating her fellow Heroes, Milo Ventimiglia. They met filming the series, and began dating in 2007, when she was 18 and the actor 30 years.
However, they decided to end their relationship in February 2009, "different lifestyles". A year later, he began a relationship with Ukrainian boxer Wladimir Klitschko but in May 2011, decided to end their relationship. Wladimir said: "Living a relationship between two continents is difficult", while Hayden said: "Despite our separation, yet we respect and will continue to be friends." Hayden, was out for a while with the football player, Scotty McKnight, in 2012.
