Isla Fisher who is?

Isla Lang Fisher (born February 3, 1976) is an Australian actress and author. He began his acting career in the Australian series Home and Away with the role of Shannon Reed, and is known for her roles in films such as Wedding Crashers (2005) with Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson, and Confessions of a Shopaholic (2009).

Born in Oman, though his parents are British. His father, Brian, was a Scottish banker who was working there for the UN.  

Fisher spent his childhood in Bathgate (Scotland), before moving with his family to Perth (Australia) at the age of six. It began appearing in television commercials Australia at the age of nine years, at age 18, he wrote two highly successful novels, Bewitched and Seduced by Fame, with the help of his mother, before going on to win important roles in children's television series as Bay City and Paradise Beach.
