Who is Hope Solo

Hope Amelia Solo (Richland, Washington, USA, July 30, 1981) is an American soccer player. Play Goalkeeper in Seattle Reign FC of Women's National Soccer League of the United States. He is the keeper of the United States women's national soccer team since 2000, with whom he has won two Olympic gold medals.


After playing at the collegiate level at the University of Washington, he made his professional debut with the club in Philadelphia Charge League Women's United Soccer Association (WUSA).

Solo is considered one of the best goalkeepers in the world.
It was the concierge holder in most matches Women's World Cup 2007, leading his team to the semifinals, receiving only two goals in four games.
