African athlete Oscar Pistorius.
At the time of his death, was enrolled as a contestant of a reality TV show.Steenkamp grew up in a small town in Cape Town until he moved with his parents to Port Elizabeth. There he began to study law at the University of Port Elizabeth. He finished his studies and started working paralegal.
As a model, Steenkamp appeared in magazines like FHM. At the time of his death he had agreed to participate in the reality show Tropika Island of Treasure.
On February 14, 2013, Reeva Steenkamp died in uncertain circumstances. According to Oscar Pistorius's alibi, she broke into her boyfriend's house to surprise her for Valentine's day, he mistook her for an intruder and shot him. Although the police have not been able to fully identify the gunman, Pistorius was arrested.
