When is the Chinese New Year 2014?

According to the Chinese calendar to January 31 will be the "Chinese New Year", then it is known as "Spring Festival" to the Chinese tradition this is the most important celebration.
This January 31, 2014 will begin the Year of the
Horse according to this calendar.

These celebrations last for fifteen days ending with the Lantern Festival. It is also a time where family living away from home made special efforts to return home and share a feast, then fireworks and firecrackers looking fuergos ward off evil spirits are released.

The Chinese people in the new year together with a traditional cuisine which is considered to bring luck symbols. The decor shines red lanterns posters and hoping bad things away and bring luck and prosperity.
