Dwayne Johnson becomes civil officer to marry his friend

Dwayne Johnson is an actor, professional wrestler and now civil officer; profession recently added to your cv to officiate the civil marriage of his friend, Nick Mundy, comedian and journalist.
Mundy did not know that his girlfriend, Dilara Karabas had planned a surprise marriage and less to 'The Rock' who would marry.

That same day, Mundy Johnson attempted to interview for the premiere of her new movie 'Earthquake: The San Andreas fault', but was not allowed because obviously waiting for him at his wedding surprise.

The union was so improvised that the comedian wore baggy pants with American flag and carried the sweaty hair to wear a hat all day.

Finally, Mundy agreed and celebrated with his now wife and Dwayne Johnson, who has the authorization of the State of California to officiate marriages, so everything was legal.
